RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this client-facing Search Consultant include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct one-on-one calls with key stakeholders and decision makers of the organization via phone, zoom, and in person
• Create raving fans and long-lasting relationships
• Ability to professionally hold key decision makers accountable throughout the search
• Provide clarity for decision making (create a simplified game plan for success for our partners)
• Ability to present high level information to key stakeholders
• Meet with clients via zoom or in person to conduct brainstorm sessions, consultation, and candidate reviews
• Compose written Position Profiles utilizing brainstorm notes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, completing them on time and on budget
• Assess and evaluate candidates using our proprietary, objective assessment tools, including resume scoring, phone interviews, and interviews via zoom
• Compile candidate reports for presentation to the client
• Consult, guide, and communicate with clients throughout each project in both written or verbal form

This Search Consultant role work in-person our of our Worthington, Ohio office.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 5+ years’ working in a business environment
• 3+ years’ of Management experience
• Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or similar leaders
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, Skype, and other cloud or web-based applications

Preferred

• 2+ years’ leadership or project management experience
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Client services experience
• B2B services experience
• Human resources experience
• Account management experience
• Experience working with small to medium sized companies (up to 100 employees)

Desired

• Experience creating customized solutions
• Experience collaborating with sales professionals
• Experience composing job descriptions or marketing pieces

Salary: 55k-65k with an opportunity for incentive earnings for a first-year total compensation of 80k plus. Benefits: Medical, 401k, company paid long term disability, life insurance, vision insurance, 15 days paid time off, and 11 paid holidays annually
