Our client is a well-established global logistics and transportation company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an aggressive and highly motivated candidate to join them for the following position:

Seafreight Operation Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle ocean export / import shipments in freight forwarding environment;
• Day-to-day coordination of business operational activities;
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents / procedures;
• Liaise with internal parties, warehouse, vendors and suppliers;
• Communicate with overseas office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments are handled properly and efficiently;
• Prepare month-end analysis report.

• 1 - 5 years of experiences in the forwarding industry, working mainly in Ocean Freight Department will be an advantage;
• Good command of English and Putonghua will be an advantage;
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to solve problem independently;
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations.
