Reporting to Southeast Asia Retail Design & VM Manager, the Visual Merchandising Executive supports the execution of VM strategies for Puig’s niche brand portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on delivering consistent brand expression across retail touchpoints, supporting store openings and campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Working closely with the SEA Retail Design & VM Manager, this role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
1. Visual Merchandising Execution
• Adapt and implement global VM guidelines across SEA markets.
• Develop VM toolkits, planograms, merchandising layouts & guidelines.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across all retail formats (freestanding stores, department store counters, Sephora, POPUPs and multi-brand boutiques).
• Conduct store visits and VM audits to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
2. Planning and Operational Support
• Support VM execution for launches, animations, PR events, and seasonal updates.
• Assist in permanent and temporary store openings, including on-site setup when required.
• Manage VM assets, fixtures, and display elements across markets, including basic cost tracking.
3. Supplier and Retailer Coordination
• Prepare supplier briefs, review drawings, prototypes, and print proofs.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and logistics partners on project timelines.
• Support on-site installation supervision when required.
4. Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Education and Retail Operations teams to align on campaign priorities and execution.
• Liaise with Global VM teams to share insights, provide feedback and request region specific adaptations.
• Support VM training for field teams to ensure strong in-store execution and brand storytelling.
