Join our Sea Logistics Sales team in São Paulo and help us grow by opening new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and turning logistics challenges into the right solutions. We are looking for a commercially driven professional who enjoys being close to the market, prospecting new customers, and developing business.

How you create impact

• Prospect and develop new customers, bringing new business opportunities into our Sea Logistics portfolio.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through active market engagement, networking, and customer visits.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into competitive and effective logistics solutions.
• Manage the sales journey from the first conversation through negotiation and closing.
• Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand our partnership and share of wallet.
• Stay close to customers and the market, building relationships that create sustainable business growth.

What we would like you to bring

• Solid commercial experience, ideally within Freight Forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
• A true hunter mindset, with confidence in prospecting, opening doors, and developing new business.
• Knowledge of Sea Logistics or Ocean Freight is highly valued, particularly FCL and LCL solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across different customer levels.
• A proactive and organized approach, with ownership of your pipeline, opportunities, and results.
• Good English communication skills to operate effectively in an international environment.
