We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sea Logistics Operational Care Team Specialist  to join our Sea Logistics Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipment execution, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the transport process. Working closely with Customer Care, carriers, and vendors, you will play a key role in delivering reliable and compliant logistics solutions while supporting customer satisfaction and business performance.

How you create impact

• Coordinate and manage sea freight shipments by executing carrier bookings, creating shipment files, and ensuring accurate data entry within internal systems.
• Ensure shipping instructions, documentation, routing, and compliance requirements are reviewed and aligned with applicable regulations and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, carriers, haulers, and vendors to ensure seamless shipment execution and service delivery.
• Monitor carrier and vendor performance, proactively identifying issues and escalating discrepancies to maintain operational excellence.
• Contribute to profitability by supporting rate management, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring efficient operational execution.
• Support account implementation activities and assist Customer Care teams in resolving operational challenges and customer complaints.

• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
