As Sea Freight Export Specialist in our Operational Care Gateway team, you play a central role in coordinating LCL shipments and connecting partners and teams across our international sea freight network. By ensuring efficient consolidations, operational excellence and cost-effective solutions, you help deliver outstanding service to our customers while contributing to the success and growth of our business.

How you create impact

• Plan and coordinate export LCL shipments and consolidations to ensure smooth and efficient transport execution
• Review shipment requirements, routing options and compliance standards to support seamless sea freight operations
• Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure information quality across internal systems
• Prepare and validate transport and shipping documentation
• Collaborate closely with internal teams as well as carriers, co-loaders and other logistics partners
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while supporting service quality, efficiency and profitability

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within sea freight or export operations
• Experience with LCL, gateway operations, consolidation planning or transport planning is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across the supply chain
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
