💼 Superviasora de limpieza de oficinas corporativas
Tareas principales:
* Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de limpieza en distintas ubicaciones corporativas.* Asegurar que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza y protocolos establecidos.* Realizar inspecciones de calidad regularmente.
* Capacitar al personal nuevo en procedimientos y uso de productos.* Coordinar horarios y cubrir ausencias del personal cuando sea necesario.* Mantener comunicación fluida con clientes y el equipo interno.
Requisitos:
* Excelente presentacion eprsonal.
* Experiencia previa como supervisora de limpieza (mínimo 1 año).* Habilidad para liderar equipos de trabajo.* Buena comunicación y actitud proactiva.* Licencia de conducir válida y vehículo propio.* Bilingüe (español/inglés) es un plus.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos vespertinos o nocturnos si se requiere.

Primary Duties:
* Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple corporate locations.* Ensure all cleaning procedures and quality standards are met.* Perform regular quality inspections.*Train new employees on procedures and product usage.* Coordinate work schedules and provide coverage when staff is absent.* Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor (minimum 1 year).* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Good communication and a proactive attitude.* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
