At bsport we empower the Wellness Industry with an all-in-one platform that combines boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform enables our partners to manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.

About the role:

In under two years, bsport has built strong momentum in DACH. We're now looking for a Team Leader, SDR to take that momentum further: building and coaching a high-performing SDR team in Berlin, and shaping how we prospect, qualify, and grow pipeline across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You'll split your time between people leadership (coaching, hiring, onboarding) and strategy (outbound motion, lead distribution, partnerships). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a market, not just a team.

What you will do:

Team leadership

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of up to 8 SDRs — from onboarding to day-to-day mentoring and performance reviews.
• Set clear individual and team targets, and track progress with regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
• Build a strong team culture that reflects bsport's values and keeps motivation high in a fast-changing market.

Outbound strategy & execution

• Own and execute the SDR outbound strategy for DACH across cold calls, email, social selling, webinars, and events.
• Design prospecting initiatives targeted at the German market, and adapt them based on results.
• Manage lead supply and distribution across the team to maximize market coverage and conversion.
• Partner with the Head of SDR to grow Germany's share of bsport's overall pipeline, with a clear roadmap for the next 12–18 months.

Enablement & cross-team work

• Work with Sales Enablement and Marketing to build training content: scripts, playbooks, prospecting materials, and role-play/gamified exercises.
• Represent DACH's needs in cross-functional discussions and feed market insights back to Sales leadership.

You would be great fit if you have:

• 4+ years in Sales, including 2+ years leading a team (SaaS or SMB sales background is a plus).
• A track record of hitting or exceeding outbound/pipeline targets, ideally in a scaling environment.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on team management with strategic planning
• You're naturally curious and creative, you like testing new prospecting angles, not just following a script.
• You're organized and data-driven, comfortable using CRM/reporting tools to track team and individual performance.
