We are looking for a Junior SDR Manager who can take ownership of building and managing our outbound sales development efforts. This is an opportunity for someone early in their leadership journey to step up, directly work with founders, and grow a team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small team of SDRs, ensuring daily/weekly pipeline generation targets are met.

• Own Clara’s outbound prospecting playbook, refining scripts, cadences, and tools to maximize conversion.

• Track and report key metrics (leads, meetings booked, conversions) with high attention to detail.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align outbound efforts with campaigns and target accounts.

• Act as a player-coach: actively prospect into accounts, set demos, and model high-quality outreach for the team.

• Continuously test and improve messaging, channels (email, LinkedIn, calls), and tools.

• Recruit and onboard new SDRs as the team scales.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1 year in a team lead or manager role.

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

• Hustle, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
