The Role 📜

• Prospect, develop strategies, and qualify the best leads together with Partners.
• Reach out to prospects through high-volume cold calling (60–80 calls per day), networking, email outreach, digital marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Build your own strategy to research and analyze prospect information online and leverage it throughout the sales process.
• Analyze prospects’ business needs, understand their processes, determine requirements, and identify potential solutions.
• Identify new strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle until they join our Partner Program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR and technology space (our partners sell, implement, and support Factorial).
• Continuously gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify challenges and opportunities that strengthen our partnerships channel.
• Report directly to the Partnership Manager and the Senior Leadership Team.

Your Profile 🤓

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Hunter mindset: driven by success, persistent, and energetic in achieving results.
• 1+ year of experience in B2B, SaaS, or Tech sales.
• 1+ year of experience in sales or channel roles, preferably managing a full B2B sales cycle.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do.
• Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and highly self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with people.

Bonus Points ✅

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Human Resources, Software, Payroll, and/or the SMB market.
• Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot.
• Experience working with partnerships and channel sales/distribution is a strong plus.
