Main Responsibilities

1. Review, plan, and develop the company's Quality Management System (QEMS) related to existing business processes within the marketing and business development departments.

2. Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate activities related to business development, as well as relationships with stakeholders, in the context of business opportunities.

3. Plan, organize, and supervise marketing activities, sales of services/products to customers, and build relationships with investors to achieve sales targets.

4. Ensure the promotion of a customer focus throughout the organization.

5. Assist the company in implementing business process management and organizational development. This role also includes ongoing evaluation and analysis of development processes.

6. Ensure the implementation of the Environmental, Quality, and OHS Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of environmental, quality, and OHS risks within the relevant department's work area.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, or Maritime).

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

3. Experience in the crewing, shipping, manning agency, or maritime industries is a plus.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Able to build networks and long-term business relationships.

6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

7. Target- and results-oriented.
