Join our team as an SDM Delay Management Specialist, where you'll leverage your expertise to manage and streamline dossiers related to delays in network rollout projects. Your role will revolve around validating and interpreting documentation, ensuring contract compliance, and influencing project planning through regulatory insights.
In this role, you'll work collaboratively with legal, operational, and financial stakeholders to enhance dossiers and advise on the impact of regulations on project timelines. Your tasks will include preparing structured dossiers from complex data, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving process improvements.
- Prepare, analyze and manage dossiers on network rollout project delays.
- Validate documentation from meetings with governmental bodies and reports from internal teams and external partners.
- Interpret contractual obligations and legal frameworks associated with network operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance dossiers and provide regulatory and permitting advice.
- Ensure contract compliance by tracking adherence to agreements by external partners.
- Challenge documentation and compile management reports, presenting findings to senior management.
- Support Service Delivery Managers by reducing administrative burdens and standardizing processes.
- Maintain active relationships with partners, contractors, governments, and internal departments.
We are looking for a professional with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery, especially within the domains of infrastructure and telecom
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of contract interpretation and compliance.
- Proven experience in building dossiers, documentation, and reporting
- Ability in managing complex dossiers accurately.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder environments
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
