Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. Analyze human capital policies and processes to ensure alignment with company goals and industry benchmarks.

2. Lead the design and implementation of efficiency initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into optimized HCMS workflows.

3. Serve as the functional expert on current and upcoming HCMS features to proactively identify and implement opportunities for digital transformation.

4. Act as a consultant to HCBPs and CoEs, providing expert advice on system capabilities and analyzing the impact of process changes.

5. Design, configure, and test functional system changes, including business process updates and feature enablement, to improve operational efficiency.

6. Oversee the validation of system integrations, security protocols, and major releases to ensure platform stability

7. Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues, providing structural fixes and knowledge sharing to the Samudera HCMS team.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Capital, with a strong focus on HR technology or systems management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Workday HCMS (specialized functional knowledge in Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Adaptive Planning is preferred).

  • Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized technical workflows and functional system configurations.

  • High degree of autonomy and initiative, capable of independent project execution and decision-making.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
