Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are looking for a mid-level SDET with strong Selenium automation experience to join our QA Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring the quality of web applications through automation and continuous testing practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.Write efficient and reusable automated test scripts for web applications.Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results.Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression efforts.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and QA strategy discussions.Maintain automation reports and provide test metrics.Required Skills3–6 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation.Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java / Python / C#.Experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest frameworks.Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns (Page Object Model preferred).Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, RestAssured, etc.).Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Experience with version control systems (Git).Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.Good to HaveExperience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow).Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).Experience testing microservices architecture.Basic knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
