Job Description

SD Supply Chain Talent is looking for a Supply Chain Planner (with MRP) for Niche Beauty Lab (part of Cosnova Group), a growing international beauty company, for its offices in Canet de Mar (Greater Barcelona Area).

Mission:

Build and standardize Niche Beauty Labs planning, forecasting and material management processes. The first phase of the role focuses on establishing robust planning and MRP capabilities. The role is expected to evolve in 12 months towards Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager for broader business process optimization beyond Supply Chain planning.

Initial responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting

• Design and standardize planning and forecasting processes, parameters & governance

• Develop inventory and replenishment strategies (ie: Safety stocks)

• Improve planning accuracy and process discipline

SAP MRP & Process Development

• Support the implementation and stabilization of MRP (with current and future tools)

• Act as key business owner for all planning-related processes

• Define master data, planning logic and process standards

• Promote a “fit-to-ERP-standard” approach wherever possible

External Manufacturing & Supply Chain

• Improve visibility of inventories and material flows in each of them

• Support capacity planning and supply risk management

• Drive supplier collaboration and operational performance with packaging, raw materials & contract manufacturers

Continuous Improvement (2nd. Phase of the role, after 12-18months)

• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in all SC-Ops related processes

• Optimize MRP parameters and planning processes, via KPIs developing & monitoring

• Support future Process Excellence initiatives across additional business functions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Supply or Materials Planning

• Strong expertise in MRP dynamics within standard ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Planning & Forecasting logic/Process understanding (Leadtimes, etc) converting this in standard MRP dynamic

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables required)

• Experience in outsourced manufacturing environments

• Languages: Spanish (C1) and English (B2+)
