We’re looking for a HR Generalist who will support the day-to-day needs of the incredible talent we have within SD Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding process for local and remote contractors.
• Run regular 1:1s with tech and non-tech professionals.
• Prepare regular health and time-off balance reports for managers and customers.
• Participate in local and international team-building events organization.
• Organize online and offline educational and entertainment events for our contractors and clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the HR field.
• Ability to work full-time and come to the office 4 times a week.
• Event management experience.
• Leadership, organizational, analytical, presentation, and time management skills.
• Curious and learning mindset.
• Kindness and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (writing emails, chatting with clients, ability to conduct small talk), Ukrainian.
