On behalf of Travelier (formerly Bookaway Group), SD Solutions is looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with great passion for user experience to join Bookaway’s engineering team. In this role, you will work on the company’s core product, and its expansion to support new markets. You will have a major impact across the R&D department.

Your responsibilities will include designing & implementing complex architecture, executing solutions with a focus on performance, scalability and security, while following best practices. You will take ownership of features from initial design through architecture planning, implementation and deployment to production.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to design and deliver high-impact features for Bookaway’s core platform and global expansion.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern web technologies, with a strong focus on user experience.
• Develop robust server-side solutions using Node.js and Express, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial concept and architecture design through implementation, testing, and deployment to production.
  
  Build reusable, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Design and optimize system architecture with a focus on performance, scalability, and security across the platform.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases, ensuring efficient data modeling, querying, and integration.
• Optimize web application performance, including SSR/CSR strategies, bundle size reduction, and overall application responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality and reliable software delivery.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production monitoring to ensure smooth and stable releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Drive technical excellence and innovation by staying current with industry trends and influencing best practices across the R&D organization.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency with React and NodeJS.
• Experience in Express, NextJS, Typescript.
• Experience in relational & non-relational databases.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Passionate about making a positive impact.
• Strong communicator and team player, while also capable of working independently.

Advantages:

• Deep knowledge of Web application Fundamentals such as SSR, CSR, bundle size optimizations - a plus.
