On behalf of NDA, AI Marketing Engine, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Infra Backend Engineer, you’ll design and build the internal platforms and infrastructure-facing backend services that power our real-time, large-scale workloads. You’ll work closely with product/backend teams to provide robust foundations: deployment systems, observability, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure automation, and runtime reliability.

This role combines backend engineering with a platform engineering/SRE mindset—you’ll write production code, build frameworks and tooling, and enhance the systems that every engineering team relies on.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build infrastructure backend services and internal platforms (deployment orchestration, service templates, configuration systems, runtime tooling)
• Own and evolve cloud & hybrid infrastructure foundations: networking, compute, storage, service-to-service communication patterns
• Drive initiatives around reliability and scale: latency, throughput, resilience, load shedding, failover, capacity planning
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation to make environments reproducible and safe (e.g., Terraform)
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes (versioning, rollbacks, blue/green, canary)
• Establish and maintain observability standards: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, dashboards, SLOs/SLIs
• Lead technical design and execution end-to-end—from architecture to production rollout and operational ownership
• Participate in incident response and postmortems; drive prevention, not just fixes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong production experience in Node.js/TypeScript and Python
• Proven track record in building and operating distributed systems in production at scale
• Proven experience of AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route53, CloudFront, Lambda,
• DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EKS/ECS—depending on your specialty)
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Solid experience with CI/CD systems and release engineering practices
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and performance debugging
• Experience with SQL + NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis) and how infra choices affect them
• Excellent communication skills—able to align multiple teams and explain complex systems clearly
• Ownership mindset: you build it, you run it, you improve it
