SCTP Trainee
The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme for Sustainability Specialists in Retail is designed to prepare participants to lead and support sustainability initiatives across the retail value chain. This programme builds core capabilities in sustainable operations, responsible sourcing, and environmental impact management, equipping participants to align retail strategies with evolving sustainability standards and consumer expectations.
Through hands-on learning and exposure to industry-relevant practices, participants will gain the skills to analyse sustainability performance, implement eco-conscious practices, and support cross-functional efforts in areas such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and ethical supply chains. This programme supports career progression in roles focused on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), corporate responsibility, and green retail transformation.
