Für unseren Kunden aus der Transportbranche in Bern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Scrum Master / Coach

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der agilen Teams bei der Organisation der Arbeit, Optimierung der Prozesse und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Arbeitsflusses
  • Begleitung der Teams beim Erreichen ihrer Lieferziele und Förderung von Fokus, Transparenz und Selbstorganisation
  • Koordination von Abhängigkeiten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung der Product Owner bei Backlog‑Pflege, Priorisierung und Scope‑Management
  • Aktive Identifikation und Beseitigung struktureller Hindernisse sowie verantwortungsvolles Konfliktmanagement
  • Förderung der Teamkommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Coaching der Teammitglieder in agilen Prinzipien, Methoden und Praktiken
  • Mitarbeit an methodischen Weiterentwicklungen sowie an der Verankerung agiler Arbeitsweisen im COS‑Bereich

Dein Profil:

  • Ausgeprägtes agiles Mindset und fundiertes Verständnis agiler Prinzipien
  • 3–5 Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master
  • Kenntnisse im SAFe-Framework sind von grossem Vorteil
  • Sehr hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie klare, adressatengerechte Ausdrucksweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusster, verlässlicher Teamplayer mit hohem Engagement
  • Hands‑on‑Mentalität mit Beratungs‑ und Coachingkompetenz
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
