Job Description

As a Scrum Master you will join and support MN RAN R&D RL1 Runtime Algos / Radio Control team. We are a passionate team maintaining software components with all kinds of runtime / radio control features. It includes RF adaptive algorithms and multiple tests. Also, our team is responsible for SW maintenance activities in our competence area to ensure the RF product operation delights the customers.

• Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Participate in the company-wide and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
• Assistance in the coordination of projects
• Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
• Manage team backlog, item dependencies, and risks

Must-have:

• Active student status
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Office applications
• Open to hybrid work (Kraków office)
• Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban / Project Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
