Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
with a strong background in
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
to lead Agile delivery for enterprise supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and driving successful implementation of WMS solutions such as
Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan WMOS, Körber (HighJump), Blue Yonder WMS, or Oracle WMS
.

The candidate should possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations and be able to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• 
  Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• 
  Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• 
  Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity planning, and release milestones.
• 
  Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
• 
  Coordinate across business, development, QA, integration, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• 
  Manage dependencies between multiple Agile teams and external stakeholders.
• 
  Monitor project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• 
  Provide regular project status updates, sprint metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• 
  Ensure adherence to Agile governance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• 
  Support UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production stabilization activities.
• 
  Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing Agile team culture.

Required Qualifications

• 
  7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• 
  Proven experience delivering Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or enhancement projects.
• 
  Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including:

  Experience supporting Agile software delivery in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.

  Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• 
  Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Experience coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams.
