We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help keep teams aligned, organised, and
delivering quality work across product, engineering, design, and marketing.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving delivery flow, removing blockers, and helping
teams work effectively without drowning everyone in process.
You’ll partner closely with the Program Manager, Technical Delivery & GTM, who oversees cross
functional program delivery, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment across the business.
While the Program Manager focuses on broader delivery coordination and strategic priorities,
you’ll own the day-to-day delivery rhythm across teams, helping maintain momentum, visibility,
and healthy ways of working as the business continues to grow.
You’ll also act as a coach and facilitator across teams, helping create an environment where
people can collaborate well, stay focused on priorities, and improve how work gets delivered
over time.

What We’re Looking For:
3 to 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile
delivery role
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Ability to balance structure with pragmatism
Comfortable balancing technical and commercial priorities
Good judgement and the ability to adapt Agile practices to real-world delivery
environments
Nice to have:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
certification
Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or DA)
Experience in SaaS, telecommunications, or digital product environments
Background in software development, digital marketing, product management, or
business analysis
What You’ll Be Working On:
Agile Facilitation & Team Support
Lead sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and backlog
refinement sessions
Support healthy delivery cadence and strong team operating rhythms
Encourage self-organisation, accountability, and sustainable delivery habits within
teams
Remove blockers and help resolve issues impacting delivery flow
Coach teams and stakeholders on practical Agile ways of working
Support teams in improving Agile maturity at a pace that works for the people doing the
work
Help establish clear and practical delivery standards, including consistent definitions of
done (DoD)
Delivery Coordination & Visibility
Ensure delivery boards and workflows remain accurate, organised, and visible
Support Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery readiness
Support coordination across both technical delivery and go-to-market initiatives
Partner closely with the Program Manager to support delivery visibility, dependency
management, and cross-functional coordination
Continuous Improvement & Metrics
Track Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, and sprint progress to identify
improvement opportunities
Support better delivery predictability, visibility, and team effectiveness over time
Encourage practical improvements across workflows, collaboration, and delivery habits
Run retrospectives that lead to meaningful actions, not just another list nobody revisits
