About this Role


We are seeking a Scrum Master who will serve as a servant-leader, enabling agile teams to embrace Agile values and Scrum principles fully. The individual will facilitate key agile ceremonies, support continuous improvement, remove delivery impediments, and enhance collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring consistent value delivery while maintaining alignment with organisational objectives.

What you will do

  • Coach agile teams to apply Scrum practices effectively.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to estimate and plan deliverables.
  • Forecast iteration outcomes using historical data and team capacity insights.
  • Maintain a healthy and prioritised product backlog in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Build strong working relationships with teams, stakeholders, and Product Owners.
  • Remove impediments and support team dynamics to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and risks within the SAFe Agile framework.
  • Administer and update the Scrum board, ensuring accurate tracking of user stories and tasks.
  • Monitor and report on agile metrics, including burn-down charts and defect escape rates.

Who you are

  • Skilled in applying Scrum principles, artefacts, and events correctly.
  • Demonstrates servant-leadership qualities, enabling collaboration and self-organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven experience contributing to Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Strong understanding of ETL, Data Warehousing, and Cloud services.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of training and guiding team members.
  • Skilled in prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Holds a full-time university degree (B.E./B.Tech).
  • Brings 8–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Possesses knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) or SAFe Scrum Master.
