Job Description

Optimiza is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to guide our software development teams in adopting Agile principles and practices. The Scrum Master will serve as a facilitator for Agile processes, helping teams deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist product owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, project managers, and organizational leaders to enhance Agile maturity across the company.
  • Support cross-functional team collaboration and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster positive team dynamics.
  • Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
