About You

We are looking for a highly communicative and energetic Scrum Master to lead our agile processes, manage our ClickUp project management tool, facilitate daily stand-ups, and optimize revenue generation and inventory management. Based in either our Shanghai or Saigon office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient workflows, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure team alignment and delivery of high-quality projects.
• ClickUp Management Oversee and optimize the use of ClickUp for task tracking, project management, and reporting, ensuring all team members are aligned and deadlines are met.
• Communication & Collaboration Act as a central point of contact, fostering clear and proactive communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Process Optimization Identify and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance team productivity.
• Revenue & Inventory Optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and improve revenue-generating processes and inventory management, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Team Motivation Inspire and energize the team with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Reporting Provide regular updates on project status, team performance, and key metrics to leadership, using data-driven insights to drive decisions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role, preferably in a digital agency, tech, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Dynamic, proactive, and positive personality with a passion for problem-solving and driving results.
• Experience in optimizing revenue streams and/or inventory management processes is a strong plus.
• Experience in managing large scale projects in the following solutions: E-commerce platform; CRM/Salesforce implementation; MarTech; Clienteling, WeCom, SCRM.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin (Shanghai) or Vietnamese is a plus.
• Ability to work from our Shanghai or Saigon office full-time.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce project management experience
• Open Source technical background preferred;
• Understanding of some if not all: Laravel, ReactJS, React Native, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, will be a huge plus;
• Project Management methodologies understanding: Agile, Waterfall or tailor made;
• Additional language (French, Chinese)
