Must Have:

• 
  Agile Scrum practices and ability to apply agile theories effectively
• 
  Hands-on experience with Jira Server (not Jira Cloud)
• 
  Experience with Confluence
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Experience in project planning and management within Agile environments

Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinate with marketing, consulting, and internal technical teams to manage sprint deliverables
• 
  Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• 
  Manage and monitor project intake, prioritization, and progress tracking
• 
  Identify and address dependencies, obstacles, and risks across multiple workstreams
• 
  Prepare reports, status updates, and process documentation for internal use
• 
  Support Marketing Operations initiatives through capacity planning and operational efficiency improvements
• 
  Escalate critical issues and roadblocks proactively to ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 
  2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator in an Agile software development environment
• 
  CSM certification or equivalent experience
• 
  Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• 
  Experience with marketing or data operations teams preferred
• 
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
