The opportunity:
In this role, the candidate will be part of the Digital Platforms team (Sales Configurator, Power Shop, and ACE Implementation) at INOPC. He/she will be responsible for driving Agile ways of working across cross‑functional teams, enabling smooth implementation, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement of digital sales tools. The candidate must collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to establish and mature Scrum processes aligned with the strategic roadmap of platform implementations. He/she should demonstrate strong facilitation and leadership skills to improve delivery efficiency, maintain sprint discipline, and remove obstacles. The candidate must handle Agile project coordination with sound knowledge of software development processes, CPQ tools, and digital sales platforms.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings
• Act as the primary process coach between Product Owners, development teams, SMEs, and global stakeholders.
• Managing development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs.
• Promoting continuous communication. Monitoring and helps improving team dynamics.
• Ensure a clearly defined and prioritized product backlog aligned with platform roadmaps.
• Managing high level of transparency towards backlogs & Process with defined time plan.
• Support Product Owners in creating meaningful user stories, sprint goals, and release plans.
• Monitor sprint progress, maintain Agile metrics (velocity, burndown), and ensure transparency.
• Identify impediments proactively and work with teams to remove roadblocks.
• Define and maintain a high‑level implementation roadmap and work closely with platform managers.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies for Configurator, Power Shop, and ACE system integrations.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement across all teams.
• Drive training sessions and awareness programs for Agile maturity uplift.
• Support testing readiness, definition of done, and quality validation before release.
• Maintain documentation related to sprint outcomes, improvements, and process updates.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead in software implementation projects.
• 7-10 years of total experience, with strong exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Any degree
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on experience working with complex software project
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / SharePoint) Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise tools is an advantage.
• Experience working with Sales Platforms or sales configuration processes is beneficial.
