  Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning,
  refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

  Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity and
  delivery

  Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous
  improvement

  Ensure accurate and transparent tracking of work in Jira
• 
  Support a culture of accountability, quality, and delivery
  discipline
• 
  Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Managers, and Project
  Managers
• 
  Define and align deployment timelines for releases within the
  programme
• 
  Identify risks and define mitigation strategies across the delivery
  stream
• 
  Coordinate and monitor the schedule of the assigned migration
  workstream

  Support Agile
  governance and delivery standards across the organisation

Requirements

• 
  3–4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 
  3–4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Project Manager
• 
  Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe
• 
  Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• 
  Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Strong time management and organisational skills
• 
  Ability to work effectively with development teams and business
  stakeholders
• 
  Experience identifying risks and driving mitigation actions
• 
  Fluent English
• 
  Willingness to work
  onsite

• 
  Scrum certifications such as PSM or CSM
• 
  Experience in infrastructure, migration, or
  transformation programmes
• 
  Experience working with Release Managers and PI
  planning structures
• 
  Exposure
  to enterprise Agile governance and reporting
