We are looking for a Scrum Master to support complex modernization initiatives by enabling Agile teams and driving execution in legacy-to-modern transformation environments. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions while promoting continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective adoption of Agile practices.

  • Enable end-to-end execution and delivery for modernization programs with a focus on quality and predictability.

  • Track and improve delivery using Scrum and engineering metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality, predictability).

  • Support and coach teams to become high-performing, self-organized, and accountable

  • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to align priorities, refine backlog, and deliver value-driven outcomes.

  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments , especially in complex legacy-to-modern transformation environments.

  • Partner with architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment with architecture, NFRs, and scalability goals

  • Promote engineering excellence including CI/CD, DevOps practices, and code quality standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through retrospectives and data-driven insights.

  • Ensure transparency and effective communication across global and cross-functional teams

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience delivering highly resilient, highly scalable enterprise products.
  • Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in modernization or large-scale enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and delivery execution in complex, multi-system environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices: microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps tools
  • Good understanding of engineering quality, NFRs (performance, reliability, scalability)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive execution discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders
