From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.
Technology at LPL Financial enables advisors to focus on their clients by delivering reliable, scalable platforms and data capabilities across the enterprise. Within the Reference Data organization, the Product, Security & Pricing SOR (System of Record) team builds and maintains foundational data services that support product, security, and pricing use cases across the firm.
The AVP, Scrum Master II partners with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to help one or more agile delivery teams plan, execute, and improve within the SAFe model. This role sits in Technology and is accountable for team flow, transparency, and predictable delivery — not for owning the technical solution itself.
You will coach the team through PI (Planning Interval) and iteration cadence, keep Jira and Confluence accurate as the source of truth, surface risks and dependencies early, and produce the reporting leaders and partners need to make informed decisions.
