We invest in our employees, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. As a member of our global team, you can expect exciting, varied responsibilities as well as a wide range of development prospects. Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are.

Group Summary:

Magna is more than one of the world’s largest suppliers in the automotive space. We are a mobility technology company built to innovate, with a global, entrepreneurial-minded team. With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for our Digital Solutions team, responsible for supporting the delivery of end‑to‑end digital solutions combining data backends, agentic components, classical user interfaces, and analytics/reporting.

This role goes beyond classical Scrum facilitation. The position manages 2–3 parallel delivery streams and combines pragmatic Agile leadership with hands‑on delivery support, including business analysis, backlog preparation, and contribution to cost estimation and quotation activities.

The Scrum Master / Delivery Lead works in close partnership with the Technical Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Technical Leads to ensure predictable delivery, clear scope definition, and high delivery quality. The role emphasizes flexibility in delivery approach, applying Scrum rigor where it adds value and adapting pragmatically based on project size, complexity, and maturity.

Your Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Standups) across one or more delivery teams

  • Ensure a smooth and transparent delivery flow across 2–3 parallel initiatives

  • Support teams in removing impediments and managing dependencies

  • Apply a pragmatic Scrum approach, adapting practices based on project size and delivery context

Backlog & Business Analysis Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine, structure, and prepare backlog items

  • Support business analysis activities, including:

    • Clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria

    • Structuring epics, features, and user stories

    • Ensuring backlog items are implementation‑ready for development teams

  • Act as a bridge between business intent and technical execution

Cost Estimation & Quotation Support

  • Support effort estimation, capacity planning, and delivery scoping

  • Contribute to project quotations and cost estimates in collaboration with delivery and architecture leads

  • Ensure estimates are backed by clear assumptions, scope boundaries, and delivery approach

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of work related experience

  • Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in a technical environment

  • Hands‑on experience supporting Agile / Scrum delivery for software and data‑driven solutions

  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum principles with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset

  • Ability to combine Scrum facilitation with hands‑on delivery support and business analysis

Your preferred qualifications

  • Structured and analytical approach to backlog refinement and scope definition

  • Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or integration‑heavy systems is a strong advantage

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
