Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master & Delivery Lead for a role focused on Agile delivery across Connectivity / IoT Embedded Device teams This role is ideal for a strong Scrum Master who has supported product engineering teams working across hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile applications, QA, and product stakeholders
This is not a deep embedded engineering or firmware development role The right candidate does not need to code firmware or design hardware, but must be comfortable driving Agile delivery in environments where connected devices, embedded systems, firmware releases, cloud connectivity, mobile apps, and hardware/software dependencies are part of the delivery cycle.

The Scrum Master & Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving Agile delivery excellence for IoT / embedded device product teams. This person will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, manage dependencies, improve team delivery predictability, and coordinate across hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile, QA, product, and business teams.
The role includes light ownership of backlog clarity, user story structure, acceptance criteria, and delivery tracking, but does not require deep technical architecture ownership.
Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master and delivery leader for teams working on connectivity, IoT, embedded devices, firmware, cloud platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Drive predictable and sustainable sprint execution across cross-functional product engineering teams.
  • Remove blockers and escalate risks impacting sprint delivery, release readiness, or team execution.
  • Coordinate dependencies across hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Support release planning for IoT / embedded device programs where firmware, cloud APIs, mobile app releases, and device testing may need to align.
  • Track Agile delivery metrics such as sprint predictability, velocity, cycle time, defects, blockers, and delivery risks.
  • Ensure sprint goals are clear, realistic, measurable, and aligned with product priorities.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, backlog priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Help teams improve backlog structure, story readiness, refinement quality, and sprint planning discipline.
  • Drive actionable retrospectives and ensure continuous improvement items are followed through.
  • Promote Agile maturity, servant leadership, team ownership, accountability, and outcome-focused delivery.
  • Support scaled Agile practices where needed across multiple teams or dependent workstreams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead roles.
  • Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting software or product engineering teams.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, backlog management, reporting, documentation, and delivery coordination.
  • Strong experience with backlog grooming/refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint goals, release planning, dependency tracking, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage delivery KPIs such as velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, blockers, defects, and release readiness.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting IoT, embedded systems, connected devices, firmware, hardware/software integration, or device connectivity programs
  • Experience working with teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile apps, QA, and product management
  • Exposure to device-related delivery areas such as telemetry, OTA updates, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, sensors, edge devices, lab testing, field testing, or device integration testing.
  • Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent
  • Experience in industries such as automotive, telecom, medical devices, consumer electronics, smart home, industrial automation, robotics, semiconductor, connected vehicle, or telematics.
