Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our ever evolving Product Delivery & Business Readiness team within Global Payments Software & Services and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective use of Scrum artifacts to maintain transparency and alignment
Remove impediments and proactively protect the team from external disruptions, enabling a focused and productive delivery environment
Coach and guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and high-performing ways of working
Collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks early, and keep delivery on schedule
Monitor team performance metrics and drive a culture of accountability, openness, and collaboration, including regular on-site presence to support team engagement
What you’ll bring
Proven Scrum Master experience (3+ years) in software development environments, with strong expertise in Scrum and Agile practices (knowledge of frameworks like Kanban, SAFe, or XP is a plus)
Strong delivery and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully driving projects in fast-paced, Agile environments
Hands-on experience with Agile tools and practices (e.g., Jira, CI/CD, story mapping), and solid understanding of software development processes
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, adapt messaging, and build strong working relationships
Leadership mindset, with a passion for coaching teams, fostering high performance, ensuring quality, and driving continuous improvement
