To be successful as a Scrum Master - AVP, you should have:
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Delivery excellence and execution focus, ensuring successful outcomes
Validated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching Scrum teams
Ability to identify, mitigate, and remove delivery impediments and risks
Experience driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance team culture
Other highly valued skills include:
Collections domain knowledge
Experience working within large-scale financial services or banking environments
Familiarity with Agile delivery tools and metrics, such as Jira and Confluence
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
