This role goes beyond facilitating ceremonies. It is a key enabler role at the intersection of delivery teams, product leadership, and management, with real influence on how value is delivered within the Energy Digital Solutions landscape.

As Scrum Master & Agile Coach for the Energy Digital Solutions DevOps Team, you will play a critical role in keeping complex, highvalue initiatives on track Your work will directly support:

Energy product owners and portfolio management with transparency, structure, and insight
Development teams by enabling focus, flow, and continuous improvement
Senior stakeholders and management through clear reporting, factbased decision support, and proactive risk handling

Your selfdriven and proactive approach will be instrumental in aligning delivery with business priorities and ensuring that agility is not just a framework, but a lived mindset

Your mission
You will act as a trusted Agile partner for both teams and management, fostering a culture where:

Teams are empowered, accountable, and continuously improving
Stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
Agility enables better decisions, faster learning, and higher value delivery

You will actively shape how three major initiatives (Elevate, Energy DevOps portfolio, Value Model project) work together — creating coherence, focus, and momentum.

What you will be doing

Agile leadership & team enablement

  • Act as a champion of true agility, coaching teams beyond rituals into ownership, flow, and value delivery
  • Facilitate all Scrum events (planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives, PO syncs) with purpose and effectiveness
  • Support teams in becoming highperforming, selforganizing and resilient
  • Identify and remove impediments proactively, addressing root causes rather than symptoms

Portfolio & management collaboration

  • Establish and maintain effective project and portfolio governance together with Product Owners and delivery leadership
  • Create synergy and alignment across Elevate, the Energy DevOps portfolio, and the Value Model initiative
  • Provide structured weekly portfolio insights to management, enabling informed decisionmaking
  • Monitor and communicate key Agile delivery metrics with clarity and business relevance


Continuous improvement & change

  • Proactively propose improvements to ways of working, governance, and collaboration models
  • Foster an environment of transparency, learning, and constructive challenge
  • Support the organization’s journey toward becoming more valuedriven and adaptive

What will make you successful?

Experience & expertise

  • 4–5+ years’ experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in an Agile delivery environment
  • Strong background in project reporting, monitoring, and stakeholder communication
  • Proven ability to coach teams and influence change across organizational levels
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Background in software development or datarelated domains is an advantage
Knowledge & skills
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and hybrid delivery models
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Azure and data platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in English
