Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. • • Equivalent experience may be considered. • 8+ years of experience in Agile software development environments. • 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams. • Experience supporting enterprise software product development. • Experience facilitating delivery across multiple Agile teams. • Experience working with distributed or global development teams. • Demonstrated success improving team performance, flow, and delivery outcomes. • Scrum Framework • Agile Principles • Kanban • Lean Practices
