The Impact You'll Make

Join Danfoss Product Development in Oragadam and help shape the way innovative hardware and software products are built. As a Scrum Master, you will enable teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support customers and contribute to a more sustainable future.

In this role, you will be a trusted coach and facilitator, helping teams strengthen collaboration, embrace Agile ways of working, and continuously improve how they create value. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to create transparency, focus, and predictable delivery.

You will also play an important role in advancing Agile practices across the organization, helping teams navigate complexity while building a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coach product development teams in Scrum practices and Agile principles to improve collaboration, ownership, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Scrum events and team discussions to support focused decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve backlog management, align priorities, and maximize customer value.
• Remove delivery obstacles and address cross-team dependencies to help teams maintain momentum and achieve goals.
• Drive Agile adoption across the organization by sharing best practices, strengthening collaboration, and enabling sustainable ways of working

What We're Looking For

• Scrum Master certification and proven experience coaching Agile teams in complex product development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with experience facilitating team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting the development of integrated hardware and software products.
• Ability to influence, facilitate discussions, resolve challenges, and build strong stakeholder relationships without relying on formal authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
