Life on the team

Computacenter is embarking on a significant global business transformation programme, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Project 252 team.

You will support the delivery of complex SAP transformation initiatives, working closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, SAP specialists, delivery teams and strategic partners. You will create an effective Agile environment and help teams deliver successful outcomes.

This is a visible role within a large-scale programme, offering the opportunity to influence delivery practices, strengthen collaboration and improve delivery predictability across multiple workstreams

What you’ll do

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile delivery and create an environment in which teams can perform effectively.

You will:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Support teams in delivering sprint commitments and programme objectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting delivery.
• Support Product Owners and Business Analysts in maintaining prioritised, delivery-ready backlogs.
• Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and meet agreed readiness standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies and impediments across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across SAP, Salesforce, data, integration, testing, release and operational teams.
• Track sprint progress, capacity, delivery outcomes and key decisions.
• Provide clear delivery reporting and visibility to programme stakeholders.
• Support release planning, testing cycles, deployment activity and operational handovers.
• Drive improvements in Agile maturity, delivery cadence and predictability.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• A practical understanding of SAP delivery, including configuration, development, testing, release and environment management.
• Strong Agile coaching, facilitation and impediment-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Strong backlog management and delivery-readiness experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams, suppliers and delivery partners.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery and sprint-management tools.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM or SAFe Scrum Master would be desirable.
• SAP delivery experience, SAP S/4HANA exposure or SAP certification would be advantageous.
• A project delivery qualification such as AgilePM or PRINCE2 would also be beneficial.
