Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role you will have the opportunity to Works with one or two agile teams in parallel, providing guidance agile team on the application of agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to customers. Models agile empowering behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to a new, agile way of working. Builds and leverages effective alliances across other agile team, as well as the technical and business communities.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Guide and coach Scrum teams in applying Agile practices and principles, fostering positive team dynamics, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop high‑performing teams by identifying strengths and areas for growth, using effective coaching techniques, and promoting empowering agile behaviors.

  • Drive continuous improvement to value delivery and proactively look for opportunities to break down barriers and drive efficiencies.

  • Strengthen Agile maturity across the organization by building cross-team alliances, improving Agile practices, and ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

  • Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master or in a similar role applying agile principles, kanban, or lean.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

  • Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure engagement, transparency, and smooth delivery.

  • Experience in leading people with the ability to earn trust while challenging the team to improve and operate outside their comfort zone.

  • Actively guide the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

  • Advanced English Level.
