WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You help development teams to do their work effectively and in a focused manner with each other and across teams, without being dogmatic.
  • You lead the process of developing the agile mindset through all development phases
  • You help to remove obstacles, moderate team events, organize changes and help team members with their personal development
  • You will be involved in concrete measures of agile organizational transformation and development
  • You promote the continuous optimization of team processes and offer support in implementation, even across team boundaries
  • You live the agile values and principles and you are therefore a role model for the entire company
  • As part of your assignment, you live and promote transparency, e.g. by establishing an open communication and feedback culture.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
  • English at Upper-Intermediate
  • Speaking Spanish and German will be your advantage
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, etc 2+ years
  • Facilitation and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies
  • SAFe knowledge and SM certificates would be a plus
