We are looking for a Scrum Master for a global team to support us with a SAFe transision.

We at Siemens Healthineers use a unique combination of healthcare domain and software engineering expertise to increase the value of the healthcare for our customers.

Responsibility:

  • You make sure the team is agile with the mindset of continuous improvements.
  • You make sure the core values of the SCRUM methodology like the ceremonies and sprints are being held and used properly.
  • You coach the team in their agile journey and help them with their impediments.
  • You facilitate and lead the ceremonies.
  • You make sure the meetings are meaningful with proper actions.
  • You are a continuous improvement enthusiast and use all the necessary methods to improve yourself and your team.

Required:

  • Agile methodologies knowledge
  • Experience as a Scrum master (or a similar role) or developer working in an agile team (ServiceNow prefered )
  • Dealing with stakeholders (expectation definition, timeline definitions, process definitions, quality expectations, estimations etc., ... )
  • Problem solving mindset
  • English spoken and written
  • Willingness for occasional travel within Europe
  • Nice to have or willingness to learn
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) license
  • Experience in the software development industry

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 2800€

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum
