- Scrum master
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support complex modernization initiatives by enabling Agile teams and driving execution in legacy-to-modern transformation environments. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions while promoting continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective adoption of Agile practices.
Enable end-to-end execution and deliveryfor modernization programs with a focus on quality and predictability.
Track and improve delivery using Scrum and engineering metrics(velocity, cycle time, quality, predictability).
Support and coach teams to become high-performing, self-organized, and accountable
Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholdersto align priorities, refine backlog, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments, especially in complex legacy-to-modern transformation environments.
Partner with architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment with architecture, NFRs, and scalability goals
Promote engineering excellenceincluding CI/CD, DevOps practices, and code quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and innovationthrough retrospectives and data-driven insights.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across global and cross-functional teams
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of relevant experience delivering highly resilient, highly scalable enterprise products.
Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), orSAFeScrum Master (SSM)preferred.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in modernization or large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and delivery execution in complex, multi-system environments
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordinationskills.
Familiarity with modern engineering practices: microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps tools
Good understanding of engineering quality, NFRs (performance, reliability, scalability)
Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive execution discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders
