The Parts Logistics IT team is now looking for a scrum master to join this exciting journey! You will be in the centre of our journey to bring business critical functionality to a new cloud based solution; driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem, working closely with Parts Logistics business. The Scania IT team is closely integrated with the Global Scania IT organisation.
The Challenge
The Parts Applications & Data group consists of three teams, where you will support two of them (parts planning and data). The group is spread out in multiple countries, and work closely with headquarters in Södertälje, Sweden. The Scania Parts Center is managing the global flow of parts, ensuring our customers up-time and business. Your workplace is based in Oudsbergen, Belgium, a challenging and innovating environment where personal development and growth are encouraged. We are on an Agile and AI journey. Your main responsibility is acting as a servant leader and coach. You will ensure that the teams are fully functional and productive. This includes that you enable close cooperation across all roles and functions. Next to that you will be responsible for removing impediments, supporting in managing dependencies and risk mitigation. You work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders by helping maintain a healthy product backlog, improving backlog refinement, ensuring clear communication between business and developers. Finally, you will also have some responsibilities in the service manager area.
