We are seeking a confident, structured, and highly collaborative Scrum Master to support enterprise analytics and reporting teams. This role plays a key part in driving Agile delivery, establishing structure across workflows, and enabling teams to operate efficiently across both quick‑turn requests and complex, multi‑team initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building order from complexity, and is passionate about improving team performance through Agile practices.

The Scope:
This role supports Agile delivery and workflow optimization across enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives, including:
Leading Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
Managing and structuring backlog work within Azure DevOps
Translating incoming requests into clearly defined work items and user stories
Supporting both quick‑turn reporting requests and long‑term, multi‑team initiatives
Responsible for DevOps Work Item creation (Features, User Stories, Issues, etc.)
Driving documentation standards and improving visibility across team workflows
Coaching teams on Agile best practices in a practical, adaptable manner
The Scrum Master acts as a key operational partner, bringing structure to intake, backlog, and delivery processes. This role ensures work is organized, prioritized, and executed effectively while enabling the team to improve efficiency, communication, and overall performance across clinical and operational reporting initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Must be a certified AGILE Scrum Master.
Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience. (manager prefers closer to 5 years) [Intake Form | Word]
Experience as a software developer is a strong plus.
Requires strong hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps or other Agile project management tools.
Requires excellent communication and coaching skills.
Must be adept at task refinement, story splitting, agile estimating, retrospectives, and Scrum techniques.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
