Job Description

About this Position

Join a high-visibility, international initiative within Henkel focused on building a new end-to-end solution at Henkel Consumer Brands. In this role, you will combine Scrum Master and PMO / project support responsibilities to help shape the delivery setup, enable effective agile collaboration, and support cross-functional alignment across Sales & Marketing, Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, and other business functions. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved early, influence the future solution and ways of working, and contribute to a strategically important transformation initiative.

What you´ll do

  • Act as Scrum Master for a new implementation project, facilitating the team’s agile delivery model and ensuring effective collaboration across an international project environment
  • Host agile ceremonies, manage sprint boards, and support structured backlog and sprint execution using Azure DevOps
  • Combine Scrum Master responsibilities with PMO-style support such as coordination, follow-ups, tracking open topics, and helping structure key project discussions
  • Support the early A&D phase and project setup activities to help establish a strong delivery foundation from the start
  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Help build and maintain the team’s agile operating model, including ways of working, progress visibility, and clear ownership of follow-up actions
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and focused team culture centered on continuous improvement and value delivery

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a Scrum Master and/or project coordination / PMO role
  • Proven track record of successfully facilitating delivery in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally with measurable improvements in delivery predictability, cycle time, or team throughput
  • Strong practical experience with Scrum events, sprint execution, backlog management, and agile team facilitation, combined with hands-on involvement in coordinating dependencies, risks, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional project environments with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to drive alignment, transparency, and decision-making in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated ability to support early project phases (e.g., discovery, analysis & design, setup), including establishing ways of working, governance structures, and delivery foundations
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in leading workshops, resolving impediments, and engaging stakeholders across intercultural and organizational boundaries
  • Experience using delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, predictability, lead time, OKRs) to drive continuous improvement at team or program level
  • Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master) required or preferred; additional project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools used in agile delivery environments (Miro, Conceptboard, etc.)
  • Familiarity with BPMN2.0 and Signavio is a plus

Some perks of joining Henkel

  • Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model and up to 30 days per year for remote work abroad
  • Diverse national and international growth opportunities
  • Globally applicable well-being standards, including health and preventive care programs
  • Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks
  • Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares
  • 13th salary, incentives
  • Cafeteria benefit system, Multisport card
  • Henkel shop and Henkel nursery school
  • Extra paid days off for special events, referral and relocation bonus

Minimum salary: 2500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
