We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery through servant leadership, process excellence, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure teams remain aligned with organizational objectives.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, proactive professional who excels at coaching teams, fostering Agile best practices, and maintaining transparency across delivery initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Guide teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and ensure successful sprint execution.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, and delivery planning.
• Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, burn charts, sprint progress, and team capacity to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular status updates and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Identify and escalate risks, impediments, and resource constraints impacting delivery timelines.
• Support organizational Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication across business and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
• Demonstrated success facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery frameworks.
• Experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, sprint forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members while fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to identify risks, remove impediments, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, software development, or technology delivery initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with Product Owners and leadership teams on roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Additional Agile certifications such as PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or Agile Coaching certifications are considered assets.
