Major responsibilities:
Scrum master will be responsible for:
Scrum & Agile Delivery Leadership - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to help teams deliver high‑quality increments consistently.
Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary Agile interface for clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Governance, Compliance & Delivery Discipline - Ensure that delivery processes follow organizational standards, audit requirements, and client‑specific governance.
Team Coaching & Productivity Enhancement - Coach team members to improve Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and collaboration.
Impediment Resolution & Risk Management - Identify and remove impediments early to maintain smooth and uninterrupted delivery flow.
Backlog & Release Management Support - Support the Product Owner in shaping the backlog and planning releases that align with business priorities.
Agile Maturity & Transformation Enabler - Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives by standardizing best practices across teams.
Metrics, Reporting & Data‑Driven Insights - Maintain and publish delivery metrics to enable transparency and effective decision‑making.
Requirement profile:
Formal Education: Bachelor of Engineering
Professional experience (In years):
10 + years
Scrum Master Relevant experience at least 4-5 years with 3-4 customer projects.
Software Development background referred
Defined competencies:
Practical knowledge and experience in the field of
Agile project methodologies
Scrum Master/SAFe Scrum Master certified
Very strong knowledge of Jira & Azure DevOps
Should possess very good knowledge in the areas of :
Ability to manage the project team
Planning and Organizing skills
Good communication skills
Stake holders management
Self-motivated
