This role sits within a Solutions Delivery organization focused on building and enhancing a modern Quote & Order management platform used by enterprise customers in industries such as telecommunications and banking. You will play a key part in enabling agile delivery across multiple squads, ensuring smooth coordination between product and engineering teams. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on continuous improvement and high-quality releases. You will help remove delivery blockers, strengthen agile practices, and support teams in achieving predictable, value-driven outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving structure in complex delivery environments while empowering teams to work autonomously. You will also act as a key connector across stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and strong communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will facilitate end-to-end agile delivery across multiple squads, ensuring smooth execution of sprint goals and solution releases. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to align scope, timelines, and priorities while maintaining delivery focus. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective sprint execution
• Removing blockers and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Tracking project progress, maintaining plans, and ensuring alignment with delivery milestones
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders on sprint status, risks, and delivery updates
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
• Coaching teams on Agile principles to improve velocity, quality, and self-organization
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and team practices

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager, with a strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles. A background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred. You should be confident working with tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira, and capable of managing risks and delivery dependencies effectively. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels. You should be proactive, structured, and comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. A natural ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration is key to success in this role.

• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role (1–2 years)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
