Our award-winning client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. Join our team as a Scrum Master and play a key role in driving successful project delivery! In this leadership role, you'll guide teams through the Scrum process, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote best practices, and ensure project transparency.
Connect with stakeholders, teams, and management to clarify requirements and expectations.
Motivate and empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Identify and address challenges, developing mitigation plans for defects and enhancements.
Define, track, and report project success metrics.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Scrum Master experience (Scrum Certification required).
Proven ability to lead and coach Agile teams.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe a plus).
Bonus points for:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt).
Knowledge of the United States Web Design System (USWDS) frameworks.
